Waiting to fly

It’s 9pm on a Saturday night and I’m waiting in the Qantas lounge, at Melbourne Airport, ready to fly to London. Then it’s off to Dublin, Ireland to meet the crew from the Dublin Honey Project whose aim is to create Honey from each of the Dublin postcodes. I’ll be chatting with them about placing bee hives on the roofs of city buildings and to see how the project is progressing. I can’t wait to taste their honey
